Takes time: If you have only been to a physio once, you probably need to go several more times, plus do some stretching & exercises @ home. Topical creams like Voltaren or Aspercreme plus ice alternating with heat, & avoiding lifting/straining can help, but see Dr if persists

Diagnosis needed: It's time to obtain a diagnosis for persistent right lower back pain which could be due to inflammation of the sacroiliac joint. Often the joint is tender. I assume you've tried taking anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen without relief. recommend getting evaluated by your physician or an orthopedic specialist. Appropriate testing like xrays and/or MRI will be done.
