I have swollen lymph nodes all on the same side idk if it inflammation too. its sore above the elbow, on the side of breast area, in the lower calf and my toenail hurt which i have nail growing on top of each other. can that be the cause??

Separate issues: Your nail and swollen lymph nodes are separate issues. For the toe nail, see a podiatrist. Re lymph nodes - You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
