Need to examine: Do you have any infection in the hand or arm of that side? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant that you see a doctor to settle the matter. If you have fever and/or weight loss it would prudent to see a doctor as soon as possible. Wish you good health!
