Ok to have cherries: The average amount of vitamin k in 3 oz of cherries, is less than 2 micrograms of vitamin k. In contrast, green leafy vegetables, such as spinach have 444 micrograms in less than 2 oz. So you should be able to have cherries without much impact on the Coumadin (warfarin) dose and inr levels.
