I have chf and an icd. two days ago got chest pain and tightness in chest. got worse yesterday. pain with taking a breathe, leaning forward, pain spread to the back. pain and trouble breathing when i lay down. also painful heartbeats recommedation?

Go to the ED: I am concerned go the emergency room now. . There are several things that this can be. Several possibilities: heart attack, pericarditis, pericardial effusion cardiac tamponade, pneumothorax, pneumonia, There are many other possibilities None of these can be safely evaluated without you going emergency room.
