To the left of my bottom i have an inch sized oval skin coloured hard lump been there about 3 weeks or so getting bigger slowly doesnt hurt but the area does itch terrible somtimes, no entry exit site like a spot would have, any ideas what it may be?

Poss cyst: would see dermatologist for eval and poss Tx. cyst could behave like this, but there are other more sig entities that this might be.
