Have been requested to get a doctor's report for an application to go to japan and there isn't a doctor in my town that i can go to on my plan. is there a way that i can get help without having to drive 120km out of town?

Not on this platform: Would suggest addressing with your plan as getting such a report issued by random docs would not serve its purpose. The free Health Tap platform is meant to educate and advise only, official documents have to be issued on actual in person assessments.
