Not at this time: For new patients using HealthTap's Virtual Consultations service for the first time, the calls are directed to the next available doctor, whichever HealthTap doctor that may be. Our doctors provide care for most simple primary care situations, not for emergencies that should be seen in an ER, and not for complicated medical disorders. (Nov. 2019)
