Reactive lymph node?: Do you have problems with your scalp? It looks like it is lymph node in response to some infection in your head and neck area. It is a sign of response of your immune system fighting the infection and the pain is because of the inflammation. It is likely to pass away by itself as the lymph node would disband after successfully fighting the infection.
