I've had ramsay hunt on left side 4 last month am feeling better now. noticed a painful bump on lower left jaw since 10 days. a related symptom?

Likely unrelated : If the lump appeared 4 months ago, then one could say this is possibly from a draining lymph node. Unlikely to be related to improving VZV infection 4 months later. Painful lumps are most often benign, but anything is possible, especially at 71. See your doctor to see what the cause may be.

Inflammed node: Ramsey hunt syndrome is a viral illness and can cause swollen lymph nodes. If the lump is getting bigger or more tender, than it might be infected and you would need an antibiotic. Otherwise, Ibuprofen or Aspirin would help.
