A member asked:

I always had a deficiency of iron and last year i went to a doctor and was having a proper diet. but again i'm feeling dizzy like last year. is it because of my poor diet ? as during the pandemic i ain't eating that well?

See your doc : You didn’t say why you were iron deficient. Since blood loss is one of the reasons, and you are dizzy, please call your doc for an appointment for a full evaluation. There are other causes of dizziness such as cold, flu, sinus or ear infection, vertigo, pregnancy, etc which can also,be determined by the evaluation. Eat a decent meal, and call today! Good luck
