Iron deficiency: Iron deficiency anemia can cause fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath or fainting. You should see your physician to determine the cause of the iron deficiency as well as to start iron replacement.

Iron deficiency: The level of iron by itself cannot cause dizziness. If the low level of iron is causing anemia, then you could feel dizzy. All of these issues require an investigation by your clinician as soon as possible.
