can a punch to face make a eye pop out? if so will safety glasses prevent it ? thinking of quitting my job as correctional due to it bec i already blind in one eye from coats disease?

Injury to the eye : The eye is well set into the orbit. The bones around the eye protect them, in general, them from punches, but not completely. It is possible to injury your eye from an injury focused to the eyeball only, like from a sharp stick or knife ..yes.
