Get scoped: Do you use your voice for work constantly? Voice overuse could be contributing. Poor air quality, allergies and reflux are common things that can cause voice to fluctuate. A voice issue that does not resolve after 6 weeks even if it comes and goes should be evaluated by an ENT that can look at your vocal folds (cords).
