Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described is suggestive of low blood supply to the heart. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!

Chest pain: All chest pain mandates immediate evaluation. The primary concern is heart attack. Have someone take you, do not drive yourself, to Emergency Room. Wouldn't it be great if a doctor told you, "You're fine."
