Missing info: You have provided no past or current medical information, no information about any trauma or other potential cause. Without this information & an exam it is hard to suggest a treatment. A cold compress & OTC pain meds may help initially but you may need to discuss this at an in person visit with exam to sort out the cause/treatment.
