Seek Ob evaluation: It would be best to report your symptoms to an obstetrician who can offer you a complete evaluation (pelvic/speculum exams, Pap test, cervical-vaginal examination...and a pelvic sonogram) in order to arrive at a diagnosis, an explanation and a plan. Keep in mind that your symptoms may be transient and their cause may not be determined accurately.
