In my apt building someone was doing meth and now they have plastic all over the walls, me and some of my neighbors are getting headaches every day, is it possible what they put in the plastic to clean the meth is causing us to have headaches?

Hard to say: If you and your neighbors can arrange to stay away for a couple of days and it resolves the headache it may be due to your apartment. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
