I had an early miscariage october of 2011 what is the cause of it and will i be able to get pregnant again?

Silver lining: I try and find the good out of the bad. Unfortunately your first pregnancy ended with a miscarriage. But we know that you can get pregnant. Remember that there is a 15 percent miscarriage rate per pregnancy. Most ob/gyns are trained to not even look for a reason unless there are 3 miscarriages in a row. You should be able to get pregnant again. We rarely find the cause of miscarriages.
