A member asked:

At my 6 week scan my dr found a subchorionic hematoma (2cm). it got bigger at 7 weeks (3cm), but now at 8 weeks it seems to be much smaller, but now theres a pool of blood moving out of my uterus and towards my fallopian tube. is this dangerous?

Pregnant/bleeding: A "subchorionic hematoma " is not uncommon with pregnancy ultrasound, and will generally resolve without problems. The accumulated blood from the hematoma will cause visible bleeding briefly, but is not a danger by itself to your pregnancy.
