Ultrasound next: Although pregnancy tests are very accurate, and it is unlikely you are pregnant, given your symptoms I would proceed with the pelvic ultrasound to evaluate this uterine growth. You could have fibroids, ovarian cysts, or something non gynecological. See your GYN first for an evaluation.
