Your post is a bit confusing but I will try to help. Dry sperm are dead. They don't live outside the body for very long. Placing dry (dead) sperm into the vaginal canal will not result in pregnancy. Live sperm that are introduced during intercourse can live for 4 to 5 days as they make their way towards your fallopian tubes.
