Talk to your Dr: Peyronie's disease is a noncancerous condition resulting from fibrous scar tissue that develops on the penis and causes curved, painful erections. This is a result of damage over time. There are other reasons for a curved painful erection in a 16yr old. Frenulum Breve is an adhesion that can be there from birth and is only noticed at puberty when erections become larger. Talk to your Dr.
