It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a urologist. Wish you good health!

Wait for a few seconds after you think you are finished and them empty the rest out. If this does not work after a a week or two pl see a Urologist to see if you have a narrowing of the passageway near or at the glans.
