Yes: Many do. It is also okay to have a natural birth at that age. The type of delivery is something you work out with your OB & may be dictated by the medical issues which arise during labor.

If needed: You may not need a c-section. If it is clinically indicated age or 41-years is no bar to a c-section. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
