"PCOS" ?'s: In women with PCOS, ovulation is delayed, and the bleeding you see "every 3-4 months" may just be estrogen withdrawal bleeding and not a true post ovulation "period". Ask your gyn physician about ovulation induction and also about a hysterosalpingogram to make certain your tubes are open.
