Yes, several ways : About 80-90% of women on Clomid (clomiphene) and metformin will ovulate and about half will get pregnant. You can predict ovulation in several ways. Ferility docs usually use ultrasound and blood work, but you can do it at home by ovulation prediction kits or timing. You should expect to ovulate about 2 weeks before the next period comes on.
