I am 23, i recently had my lft test and the level of my sgot/ast was 111, is it dangerous or not? and i had an usd which detected an intestinal infection too, let me know what should i do?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the AST elevation may be due to infection. Do not drink alcohol, do not take Tylenol and talk to your doctor. Wish you good health!
