My penis has looked and seemed like it has lost some of it's size recently, it started after i bent my penis (but didn't hear a click, i felt one) was that something i should be worried about and will my penis go back to normal??

Bent penis: If you bent your penis while it was erect and felt a click, there is a possibility that some damage to some of the fibrous tissue occurred. If you note persisting deformity or any discomfort, get examined by a urologist. I feel it is unlikely that serious trauma to your penis occurred, but for peace of mind, get examined if you still have concerns.
