About a year ago whenever i ran i would hear clicking, soundining like it was in my head. now it has come back and is even louder and affects me just walking. its very loud and can't be drowned out by any headphones?

Hard to say: Very hard to say what this is. It could be some form of tinnitus (ear ringing) but since it seems worse it would be best to have a Dr evaluation, probably a primary care Dr 1st but you might need to see an ENT (ear/nose/throat) specialist for a thorough hearing & ear exam to see if anything wrong there
