Abnormal CBC: Need a little more information. How long have you been tired and achy? How high was your WBC? Did you have a cold or flu like symptoms before all of this started? What other labs were done - even if they were normal?

Normal: Your platelets or PLTS for short are your bodies blood cells that initially help you to form a clot. Your level is normal and within the range of 130-450. That is 302,000! This can be estimated by looking at a slide however most labs use a coulter counter which counts these and other blood elements by passing the blood over a light beam.
