I examined usg abdomen test it shows bilateral polycystic ovarien morphology shows multiple enlarged central echogenic stroma so, plz answer me what is the meaning of this?

Translation: bilateral=both sides; polycystic= many cysts; ovarian=in the ovaries; morphology=appearance; echogenic= thicker tissue ; stroma=tissue : this just says there are multiple cysts within these structures consistent with the common condition polycystic ovarian syndrome. It does not suggest cancer or other problem.
