PDE-5 + Testosterone: Tadalafil (cialis) is a phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme inhibitor used for treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ed). The side effect profile of these medications are relatively safe. Ejaculatory problems are considered an infrequent side effect with cialis. If ed is due to male hypogonadism (low testosterone), replacement therapy will likely restore the problem without the need for other ed meds.

Cialis: No. Cialis will not cause ejaculatory dysfunction. Have your testosterone level checked. See a urologist for a proper evaluation.
