Rapaflo (silodosin)?: I assume you mean rapaflo (silodosin). Testosterone is ok, if you're deficient. Talk with your doctor about Cialis as the three medications for erectile dysfunction can have dangerous interactions with medications such as rapaflo (silodosin).

BPH: Rapaflo (silodosin) works by relaxing the bladder neck and internal sphincter but it is a vasodilator. Cialis works by increasing blood flow to the erectile chambers of the penis but is also a vasodilator. Sometimes the combination can cause excessive dizziness. As for testosterone, it is known to promote prostatic growth. Unless your levels are significantly diminished, taking t may be counter-productive.
