For the past four days, the top of my feet are swollen, getting worse throughout the day including ankles and calves. when i press on top, it leaves a pitted mark. i am now developing sharp pains in feet and calves, with headaches and fatigue?

Need evaluation: Such symptoms are a suggestive sign of congestive heart failure or significant kidney disease. I would go in & get this evaluated while they can do something to fix it. Wait too long & it may not respond well to treatment.
