Omega 3 fatty acids: Omega 3 fatty acids are good for you within a certain dosage range. The FDA recommends no more than 3 g/day of EPA & DHA combined per day, ( including up to 2 g/day from supplements). Higher doses may cause bleeding problems or impact immune function.
