Cellulitis: Yellow, greenish, or other colors are common around any inflamed sigte. If your cellulitis is less painful and less tender, if the size is getting smaller, and if any fever is clearing up, then the antibiotic is working and it's getting better. Keep taking the cephalexin. If not improving or you otherwise remain in doubt, check back with the doctor treating you. Good luck.
