Get checked: Anytime you are given antibiotics but don't improve as expected get a follow up visit. Cephelixin is used by some for skin infection but it does not cover MRSA. With new onset fever if the skin remains red, hot to touch and painful get checked ASAP

Improvement?: it is not very common for a bee sting to cause cellulitis. Bee stings can cause an inflammatory reaction of varying degree. This can be seen as redness, pain, and swelling but does not mean infection is present. Antibiotics would have no effect. Infection can result because of skin damage or retained stinger. It can persist if resistant infection, dead tissue present, or need more time to treat

Call your doctor: It might be time to go back to the doctor, especially if the cellulitis has not improved at this point. A new or unresolved fever while taking antibiotics may means that your infection is not resolved. Start by contacting the doctor who prescribed the cephalexin
