No known interaction: Between the 2 drugs mentioned. However side effects to each individual drug still apply as well as symptoms caused by current conditions being treated and their natural course.

Drug safety: Agree with earlier response. The Drugs.com drug interaction checker shows no interactions between amoxicillin / clavulanate & Trintellix (vortioxetine).
