Height: Height is primarily determined by genetics. Except in rare causes where medical issues prevent one from reaching their potential max height, there really aren't methods to just make yourself grow taller.

Basics: The expected genetic final height of females is the average of both parents height less 2.5 in. Further growth would require open growth centers, which can be assessed on an x-ray of the wrist/hand. If closed, which is common in women at 16-17, you cannot grow taller. If open, good health, nutrition & sleep will assure you reach the best final height.
