Basics: The expected genetic final height of females is the average of both parents height less 2.5 in. Further growth would require open growth centers, which can be assessed on an x-ray of the wrist/hand. If closed, which is common in women at 16-17, you cannot grow taller. If open, good health, nutrition & sleep will assure you reach the best final height.
