After hot bath, my testicles started to hurt, feel sore, and i felt discomfort. it happened while i was recovering from acute epidydimitis. is soreness after hot bath in this sitaution normal?

Epididymitis: It may take 6 weeks or longer to recovery from acute epididymitis. During that time, testes may be more sensitive to touch (or possibly to heat). However, I would encourage you not to take extremely hot baths to begin with. Warm water is healthier for skin.
