Cushing’s Syndrome: This sounds possibly concerning for Cushing’s Syndrome with the limited information provided. Striae (dark lines on the abdomen), and fatigue are all signs and symptoms. I presume you have taken a pregnancy test and it is negative. Please be evaluated by a good internist or family physician.
