Shrinks some areas: During youth, billions of new synaptic connections are made in the brain. Pornography affects the brain by reinforcing pathways that produce a dopamine "rush" and shrinking the areas that control normal bonding. This has the potential to lead to great problems in sexual compulsivity/sex addiction. Pornography also paints an unrealistic picture of sexuality/relationships and objectifies women/men.

Brain changes: Excellent response by Dr. Kratzberg. I agree with her input. Impairment to the prefrontal cortex of the brain are one of a number of changes that can occur with frequeent use of pornography.
