Very poor air quality where i live due to wildfires. how much cleaner is the air indoors? i have a hepa air purifier. not sure if it's serious enough to evacuate, or just staying inside is good enough, anything else i can do?

HEPA purifier: Although there are many types of air filters - HEPA ( high-efficiency particulate air) air purifier would be the most effective for particulate matter from forest fires. Please stay safe- if evacuation is recommended - do so. Take care.

Ashes and soot: You are right to be concerned about breathing in particulate matter. You may be able to reduce the particles that get to your lungs in a number of ways. The HEPA filter is a good idea; blocking off windows and doors, wearing a mask may all help. Please evacuate when advised to do so.
