It is best to try to reduce exposure. The air quality is most likely poor and there are small particulate matter which may be associated with inflammation in organs such as the lung and cardiovascular system. Close windows, consider a HEPA unit for the home and wear a mask ( N95) when outdoors or if there is a smell of smoke in the air. A follow up consult with Healthtap is available.
