Not unusual: While this isn't "Normal," it isn't unusual nor necessarily dangerous. If the bleeding is heavy, annoying, or not stopping in another week or so, call your doctor. It can often be fixed with a few weeks or oral contraceptive pills... BUT... talk to your doctor before you get anemic.
