Yes, you can: Unfortunately, one side effect of depot provera (medroxyprogesterone) is that it may take up to a year until a woman, who has been on depot provera (medroxyprogesterone), ovulates regularly and has regular cycles again. With the unpredictable ovulations these women may become pregnant any time.
