Different possiblity: First, Mirena (levonorgestrel) is usually not recommended for uteruses that are physcially abnormal like large distorting fibroids or bicornuate uterus. Always test for pregnancy. If negative, then the Mirena (levonorgestrel) may not be the issue. Gastritis, viral inection, ulcers are a few thoughts. I would see my doctor for evaluation since it has been going on for 2 weeks.
