Rash: There isn't a way to determine the cause of the rash & thus to recommend proper treatment without assessment. Your general practitioner is generally a good place to start. Many rashes don't require referral to a dermatologist.

Rash: Rashes need to be evaluated in person as many times they are part of many other symptoms and taking them out of context may delay proper diagnosis. Starting with your GP as suggested by Dr Fowler would be best.
