Gastrointestinal: Gastrointestinal disturbances can cause vomiting and diarrhea. If you are initially constipated, eventually the bulk of the loose stool may push out the hard stool or go around it. Drink lots of fluids, especially electrolytes (gatorade). Rest, and eat light bland food (toast, tea, bananas, apples)
